I just wondering if the vortex fairing stay for the 636 is any good for stunting. I like the 905 design but it is a bit expensive.

 

Vortex stay just replaces the part the guage mounts to, not the plastic part that actually breaks on the 636. So your comparing apples to oranges

 

yup...buy the 905, it will save you tons of loot in the long run

 

Yes but buy a grinding disc to install it as well..........mine wasnt exactly a bolt on

vortex fairing stays are not made for anything other than race use. They are super light, super flimsy and designed to break. They are designed to be used with fiberglass bodywork. Do one highchair with a vortex stay and you'll have to bend the stay back into shape.

 

i can bend my vortex stay with my pinky......and im not joking

 

yeah yours is junk ....the stock stay is way stronger on the black one.
