Angry larning to stunt ,dirt bike or street bike????

I am 34 years old I suddenly got the urge to stunt, my wife said that I'm going thru a mid life crisis. I had a 02- R6, it was totaled out when I looped it going 65mph. After that happened I told my wife that I would give it up. Its now been six weeks without a single wheelie. I now have an 03-954RR the urge is back but I am afraid to stunt with it because I only have liability insurance.
I would like to know if it would be a good idea to purchase a dirt bike to practice with, or get an older street bike(98 Honda900RR)
and if I get a dirt bike how easy is it to go from dirt bike stunting to street bike.:twelve

Darkmind is a decent person
All I can tell you is that when I rode a dirt bike it felt like a totally different world and I thought I was going to fall off every five seconds.

I must be goin thru 1 too. Im 34 and started bout 9 mo. ago. Anyway..if u got the $$ get a 96-99 RR or one of those..uhh..gixxer things keep ur minty piece. I think u can learn a bit from a dirt bike that will help out on a streetbike.ex. I can 12 my bike..got a fiddy and it took about a half hour to ride and slow down wheelies using throttle/brake cuz I learned on another bike. The Yamaha TTR 125 seems to be a popular choice 4 learning. Hey bro, glad ur ok..cover ur brake next time.
Stay safe.

Maybe look into a dual sport bike. There was a guy with Todd colberts Team xtreem who started on one of those and moved to a 900rr. Robinson or something was his name.

Anyways, he was out busting 360 wheelies on this enduro thing a year and a half ago, and a few months later he was doing the same on a 900rr.

Or you could look to pickup a cheap wrecked bike and proceed to beat on it even more.

If that is the case, check here:
http://ridesafely.com/

Or check the race classifieds, you can find some guys who are salvage dealers.
