I am getting a 89 CBR 600. I was wondering if this is a alright bike to stunt?

when I am at 12 ocoldk of the bar will the carb keep it running or will I need a newer one with fuel injenction?

I weigh 160 what sprocket adjustments should I buy ? To esaly brink it to 12?

i dont know of anyone with a bike that old... but im guessin its alil front end heavy. and its not worth doin a FI swap in my opinion on that bike. i say just go out there and rock to find out what it needs

 

I wasnt thinking of doing a Fi swap. I was just gonna beat the **** out of this and then step up to a better bike later. I dont wanna drop my zx900 so I got this 600.

I was wondering to if anyonw knows where I can look up the HP of a 89 cbr? (just to see how much less it is than a newer bike.

Oh one more question SO will I not be able to do 12 O'clock stunts at all with a carb?

Or will I have only a few seconds before it dies?

I was really looking forward to doing 12 oclock stunts and laying it down on a long frame slider and riding it in circles while laying on it,

WHat is that trick called? I have seep it in a few shows and a video?

it'll do everything. it'll die on the bar but all carbed bikes will. dont forget to run a quart extra oil and hardwire the fan

 

Does anyone know what year the Honda started All CBR 600's are Fuel injenction so I can do 12 bar ticks on my next bike?

 

Does anyone know if any of the newer CBR 600 can get Hydro-locked while scraping the 12 bar?
