What's your e-mail address? I can send you footage of me bouncing up in fourth and fifth and taking both of them to bp. The road is only somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 of a mile long but that's all the footage I have here now. I can get more though. It will take a couple of days to get it from my buddy.

I like to use the clutch BARELY going from 1-2 2-3 3-4 on one wheel, you just use it for a split second anewayz.... If your bike has the time to come back down during this split second it's because youre not high enough or take too long to shift

found a new spot bro. 75th and the 10 in the mor warehouses. much more room than the church, took me 10 min to get there from scottsdale. I go ride every sunday. hit me up. still practicing those clutchies. cant seem to catch it before it starts to come down. more practice needed!!!

Re: How to ride a wheelie at 70-80 on a stock 600?

clutching a wheelie scares the **** out of me thinkin' about it.. cuz u misshift, and that's ur ***..

I have an '02 F4i, and I suck, but my homie could clutch it up in 3rd gear goin about 70mph... I have -1 +2 520 gearing tho. No need to tug, just bounce and clutch.

Re: How to ride a wheelie at 70-80 on a stock 600?

you should be able to bounce 3rd if u really wanna do wheelies at 80mph. i bounced up my buddies 01 gix600 in 3rd pretty easily. although i dont recommend it, it can be done pretty easily. id just stick to bringing it up in 2nd and holding em at 60

Re: How to ride a wheelie at 70-80 on a stock 600?

i have an 04 fri with just a two bro's pipe, dont really even need to bounce the thing up in 2nd it just comes with the power ban at 6g's, you'll be doing around 60 there just shift into 3rd if you wanna go faster why dounce up in 3rd thats even more sketchy than shifting. and if you havnt been riding wheelies long i dont recomend you doing it anyways

bouncing = learn to clutch and ride wheelies slower. 80mph + wheelies are stuuuppid

i didn't think it was possible but somehow you guys are making me miss phoenix, if you think it's a bust there just roll out to cali and you'll love phoenix.

anways to the thread, clutching up my geared 750 is easy, when i ride my girls stock 600 i have to clutch the **** outta it to come up in second. i think all the squids clutch like crazy but either shut off throttle or hold it 1/8 open so they can't get it up. you gotta slip it hard(let it rev up) then gas into it when it catches(or right before). i forgot how to do it until i had to ride a stock 600 again.

yeaupz.. Them R6's also go down about any side of the bike, and u're purty sure ur buyin' a new bike.. hahah. . . That was my first choice bike, until I saw my friend drop his at a stoplight, and crack panels and rearset. ANd another guy pancake it, cage n' all, and that thing just can't take a good beating. . . No hating on guys w/ R6's, just something I saw and got scared of.

Why Would You Want To Go That Fast On A Wheelie N E Way! Bringin It Up In 2nd Should Be Fine Just Ride It Out And Shift If You Wanna Go Faster But Who Cares Thats Fast Enough.....its All About The Slow Stuff!!!
