tips?

hey guys this has probalby been on here before but i have a question. this morning on the way to school i went to clutch up the bike. well the first time i only got like a foot off the ground, then second time thought the tire spun. why did it do that? was it because it was cold or what?

Re: tips?

My tire always spins when im doing sit downs. It has to be like 75 degrees or my tire spins, so yeah cold tre. You could drop the pressure bit too. Just do standups.

Re: tips?

I would make sure your tires are warm... if you just cruiseing to school chances are in the morning they are not going to be warm at all you have to do a little swerveing back and forth to warm them up. You can also clutch it a few times and it'll spin then eventually like after 2-3 times it;ll be warm enough to catch... definitly check your tire pressure though i run 33psi on the streets... thats when i am just riding not stunting that pressure seems to work good for freeway wheelies and stuff. hope my helps

P.S. If you want the tires to warm faster lower the tire pressure but the lower your go the worse you handling gets.

Re: tips?

need to have a warm tire, smooth with the clutch and letting 5-10 psi out of the tire may help you a little.
