Rear hand brake set-up's? Got pictures?

Well guys I have a 636 and really need some expertise on the best set-up to use for great clearance and manageability. I am currently using another 636 brake master cylinder to operate my rear brake but it seems to be too damn far down but I really cant see how to raise it without making me raise the clutch lever. I have talk to a few guys at STUNTWARS rocking f4I's and they are using cbr 900 brake master cylinders but my dumb *** didn’t take any pict's so if any of you guys have hand brake combo's that are working great for you please hook a brother up and take a few minutes to post up them pictures.

Have any of you guys got some rear hand brake pictures to show positioning because I know its not that hard to figure out but maybe my bars are trimmed too much?

Re: Rear hand brake set-up's? Got pictures?

Thanks guys for the pictures, I am currently using a Frankenstein handlebar set up SV650 handlebars cut in the middle and widened to fit on my Fulllthrottleinc top tree but if I go to a Renthal type bar I should have the clearance to get my hand brake and clutch lever a little closer. Thanks again for the pictures :YEAH

Re: Rear hand brake set-up's? Got pictures?

yeah you can get them anywhere..go to your local bike shop and get a front break master and just flip it upside down and re mount the fluid resivior,,or you can buy a set up from GP TECH or FULL THROTTLE,then you gotta get a way to splice it into the rear master cylinder,gp tech sells junction valves that are made exactly for that

Re: Rear hand brake set-up's? Got pictures?

junction valves suck though just be warned... i tried to get the one i have to work and it just kept blowing break fluid out the oring seal in the valve... and then i would have to bleed the system again only to have it do it to me again... moral of story dual caliper more expensive but well worth the lack of headache and you dont ruin your eyes with break fluid

i had the teardrop shaped valve and apparently the master i had was just to strong so im saving up for a dual caliper
