bought a used dented in stunt tank.... replaced the gas cap assembly and it seems to be sticking some... any ideas on how to go about fixing the situation? also, this tank has some very minor small rust spots on the inside... any way of cleaning that up? or leave it as is? any help fellas? thanks

 

buy a vortex cap, leave the rust.
