no hand turning?

i always see clips which has this stunt in it....but i dont noe the acutally name for it.

when the stunter turns with no hands....how is this done?

ive only tryed a few times but the bike instantly drops...everyone i see just cranks their idle and lean into it with the bars full lock..thats all i know about it
