setting timming on a 99 900RR

I recently had to pull the head off my 99 900RR to get the broken plug out. now i have to put it back together. the only thing im not sure about is the cams and timing. i had to pull the cams to get to the bolts and now i dont know how to reset it. can anyone help?

So you tore it apart without putting the #1 cylinder TDC and never marked anything.
Your gonna have to get a book dude cause it will explain in depth how to count the pins on the timing chain to set the gears cause it dosent have marks like a car or anything like that.
