Is there any difference in the forks on the '02 954 compared to the '03 954? I thought the only difference in the two year models was the color schemes. However, while putting his bike back together, my friend was comparing his '02 forks to the forks on my '03, and he said they didn't look exactly the same. He bought his bike used, so I thought that the original owner may have put different forks on the bike.
