Re: RR600 Wheelie impossible?

I know it's been said before but man you need to drink some soda before you go riding if you can't get your **** up in 2nd. I like lemon lime soda so I usually down 1 seven up before I ride. Hell I can do no handed circles if I at least down 1 seven up before I ride.

.
(if you don't get it right away don't stress about it too much)

Re: RR600 Wheelie impossible?

I've taken what i've read here and applied it last night. Did each technique 1 at a time, then slowly mixed them together. I found leaning back as much as possible and clutching it works. I don't get much of a reponse with bouncing. I appreciate the advise and it has help. I just wish i didn't have to put this much effort into getting a second gear wheelie with stock sprockets. I know that my bike isn't meant for stuntin', and i don't plan to stunt hardcore, i just want to be able to simple wheelie here and there. maybe from there i'll get more into till then, one step at a time.

Re: RR600 Wheelie impossible?

I just put 2 pints of BBQ sauce in my new 00 gix 750 and now it won't stay running, what did I do wrong? I put it in straight from the bottle and it's the generic store brand, shaws I think. I was expecting nitrous like power form reading these posts and then it's not doing anything. What the hell???!!!
Maybe I should switch to a different kind of sauce?

Re: RR600 Wheelie impossible?

Sometimes it just takes some getting use to. When I was first learning the bouce technique, I looked like a jacka$$ on a diving board, and it wouldn't come up. then one day it all clicked, (lot-O-practice) now I can bring it up with the most suttle bounce.

Each bike a little differn't, mostly practice.

Nice. With much practice i am getting it up a lot higher. Almost to the point where i need it.

2nd gear, about 25mph..stand up, bounce down on the pegs and as you are doing that grab clutch, and let it out right as your at the bottom of your bounce..will come up SOOO easy
