Turn Signal Problems. Help Please!

A few nights ago I was trying to switch my old turn signals out with some new flushmounts; when I accidentally touched the power wire to the ground and "poof" I lost the signals and dash nights. So now I don't have a speedo or anything on the dash. If you could tell me if this is a fuse or if I just made a big mistake, cause i'm not sure how to fix it.
