My 636 came with Battlax BT019's and from what Ive hear these are terrible tires? So Id like to change them out for a stunt friendly tire, Ive only used 207's and 208's in the past so I dont have much to compare.

What do you guys think is the best set of tires? Not counting tire life, I dont care how long they last I just want the best tires for slow stuff and stoppies.

Just checked the rear and its a BT012, so thats a good tire?
And how do the race tires compare to streets when it comes to stoppies?

 

Is that the Pirelli Supercorsa DOT Race? What about profiles? 120/60 or 70? 180's or 190's? Pirelli's are the Shiat on the 50

 

run a pirelli super corsa front and a bridgestone bt012 int he rear and you will be set!!

 

depending on your riding, you can't go wrong with Bridgestones. The BT-014 is a good tire, so is the BT-012. Mileage isn't awesome but the ride and handling is worth it. Dunlop's suck!
If you can get your hands on some BT-010's, I like those the best but they are discontinued. You can get the OEM ones for like a 929....

 

Thanks thats what Im gonna do since the BT012 is already on the rear and it still has some meat. Now about the Super corsa front what compound and profile are best? Im guessing a 60 would be better for stoppies because its flatter?
