Re: what size???
if I may suggest, keep it in increments of 6
1 tooth in front, roughly 3 in rear. (from stock ratios)
thus:
0/+6 is +6
-1/+6 is roughly +9
0/+12 is +12
-1/+12 is roughly +15
0/+18 is +18
-1/+18 is rougly +21
my point here is that using combos of front back, you can go up incrementaly without having several sprockets.
using just a +9 you an go from +9 to roughly +12 with with just a front change. to me its easier to change the front -1 than to change the rear. also, when I am not sure what I want to run, I can swap back and forth quicky with the front. And once you have a -2,-1,stock front, then the combos get even better, and you need fewer rear choices.
