I went -1 +5 and it was perfect. I would go with that.

50 to 150 miles in one night right? anyways if your going to be going that far everytime then a realy big sprocket might not be practical i did 1 down and 13 up on my r1 and thats a little to much. i love it for the parking lots but not for the higway.my top speed is 130 6th gear but i think im only going about 80-90. 4-6 up might not be to bad. or just go one down in the front.

Re: biger sprocket good or bad

I'm +13 (56) on my rear, stock on the front. Rideable, but you'll mos def be in 6th gear on the interstates. Becomes annoying after a while--truck that bitch, go all out at the lot, throw her back in and relax on your way home no worries. +1 +1

I got 2 bikes though so I use my R1 when I ride on the street--

Overall, I ride 10% street, 90% parking lot.
