New Upper Triple or Risers?

When going streetfighter how many of you guys went to the extent of purchasing a completely new upper triple clamp vs just buying risers and throwing on dirt bars? If you bought a new triple clamp what brand did you use and where did you purchase it? If you just bought risers what brand and where as well? I have finally made up my mind to go with dirt bars. I just dont know if I want to spend the extra loot for a brand knew triple clamp if it is not necessary. Anyone who has made the conversion to an F4i, your help would be even better.

Re: New Upper Triple or Risers?

hey I got some dirt bike bars on my F4i I'm trying to get rid of if you want to buy them. They have the risers on them with a stock triple tree. let me know if you need any more specific info.

Full throttle inc it is. I have already seen the site, but wasnt sure I wanted to spend the extra cash. I think I'll have Bill fabricate a triple that will allow me to use a gpr damper. Just have to scrape some money together now. Thanks for the help fellas.

Re: New Upper Triple or Risers?

From What I have heard you get better leverage for some tricks, especially endoes. Besides that my secondary reason is that next year I'm going to start slow wheelies. I know I will be dropping my shyt alot. I can buy a set of cheap steel dirt bars at a local shop for like $16 dollars vs spending like $50 dollars a piece for clip-ons everytime I bust one. I would rather buy cheap dirt bars that will bend.
