im not getting the visual...can you send me a pic of the wires? i can def. tell you if i see them. strip a little bit off the wires, there should be a fat wire with power coming from the fuse box going into the ignition, find the fat wire coming out of the ignition with no power, turn the key on, if it has 12v. after the key is on you need to use those two. the other 2 wires send power elsewhere once the key is on. one is usually your fan and on the 2004 the 4th is prob. you fuel inlection or fuel pump so you will need to run those off a toggle too. use a seperate one and run inline fuses in both. it would be alot easier to tell you with a pic of the wires. test all the wires b4 you splice them together to find out what is live with and with out the key on....this is very important!!

2004 has resistors in the ignition switch its self, 12v retifier will burn up asap, theres nothing u can do unless u get the diagram and know which wires require the resisstors..

suzuki TL has like 100ohm resistor in the lock, so ECU knows that it's not 'wired', but there is actual ignition lock there.

Don't know more, but it's suzuki so it's probably similar system.

"there are 2 reds 1 Or with yellow 1 or with red one solid or one or with green one black with yellow one brown.."

Pretty confusing, but now that you have ignition switch still there, take multimeter and measure against the frame(ground-) what are the voltages in each wire when the ignition is off and when it's on. Then take the ignition off and measure from the lock, what connects to what and is there that 100ohm resistanse inside the lock. then just wire it so that it's works. Helluva job, but can be done.

I would just leave the ignition lock, full streetfighters have ignition locks you know..

Most street fighters I've seen have a key. Wheres the disadvantage to having an ignition?

i know on yamaha's you just put all the wires together.

for a gixxer im not too sure. just start putting **** together and listen for the fuel injection pump to come on and bingo.
