Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

thats retarded. Just run a longer cable to the existing idle screw and you're set

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

The prob with that little screw is that it keeps fluctuating my idle when I adjust it--I know its happened to several people on here.....

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

once you get it where you want it dont worry about the surges.. it will only do that with the clutch in.. it's fine if you're actually in gear

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

Only prob I got is when I adjust it up to about 2500-3000, it won't stay there when I'm in gear but maybe I just gotta jimmy it more.

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

with the clutch in it'll fluctuate.. thats normal.. while in gear it stays pretty solid..

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

Im going to thread jack my own thread here--Im trying to idle up so I can get this thing to wheelie slow-(Im up 13 on the rear)-Here's my problem--I can snap it up nice and quick in first gear--but I cant seem to get the bike to rev back down to idle to slow my wheelie down. I probably need to lean back more but I've been practicing my *** off and I can't get it to just slow down....

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

the idle does that cuz of that stupid exhaust valve. I hate it but i got used to it.

I was told the only way to get rid of it would be to put a full system on with a power programmer. F*ck that, leave that sh*t for the squids.

Re: ***929 Idle fix!!***

you can pin the htev valve on the exhaust open quite easily, either using the stock cables, or letting them hang and using another bit of wire, if anyones interested i can post up pics of how i pinned mine open, i hate that ****in valve bullshit
