Re: Stupid Glue

Gasoline and a rag will take anything off with no damage to your paint....and pretty easily.

Re: Stupid Glue

Re: Stupid Glue

I use Honda contact/brake cleaner. Just spray it on a rag, let it sit on the glue for a minute, and wipe it off. I have never tried any other brand of contact cleaner on paint, but the honda stuff doesn't hurt the finish.

Re: Stupid Glue

I use rubbing alcohol for windows and such, should work on paint but I do know it's a lot of work, goo gone might work easier. I once had someone paste a giant piece of paper with adhesive backing onto my car window and spent 1 1/2 hours getting it off with rubbing alcohol and my fingernail, not what I'd call fun.
