votex rear sets 600rr

so i converted my 2006 honda cbr 600rr and im trying to learn wheelies. spent a while today practicing clutch up sit downs to get used to the popping motion, but my bike has vortex rearsets on it and they are all the way up and back, which is to lean your body foreward more im pretty sure(previous owner did this). what would be the best posistion for learning wheelies sit down or stand ups. im assumin g putting them all the way down, and possibly all the way foreward?

oh yeah, pics

i would say set them to where your comfortable. and practice standups first. sit downs are actually harder.

Those clipons are killing you at that position, harder to steer the bike during a wheelie
