Newbies need Help!

Hi guys.

We are two friends and we are thinking trying our luck with stunt biking.
My friend has a "forgotten" Suzuki Gsxr 1000 2005 at his house.
Our target is to at least learn how to wheelie and make some endos. We would be more than happy if we learn only those two.
Unfortunately we are a little bit old for this things around 30s and we only ride for daily transportation purposes.

I have read on the forum that the 1000 bikes are not suggested for beginning. But since we have this bike do you think is dangerous to try our luck with it?

And if the answer is no what do you think we will need to transform the bike?
From what i have read we have to put some metal cages, change the sprockets to 530, change the tires, and the brake fluids and we are ok. Right?
We were also thinking to buy a wheelie bar. What do you think?
Also what is the rear handbrake modification? It is a must to do procedure?

For us safety is a very important issue. Is there anything else we should have except gloves, helmet, a vest with plastics and boots?

Thank you guys for you time and help.
