1st gear help please

ok, ive read through the threads and tried my best but i need some help. ive been able to rock long 2nd and 3rd gear wheelies for a while. but i cant seem to get first gear to balance. to start. im rockin a 2007 1000rr all my learning has been on big bikes so thats y i chose it. wheni get it up i just keep chasing it, by thetime i hit bp im doing 20-30 mph way too fast i want to get it way slow. i have turned the idle up to about 2500 im running a 56t rear sprocket hand brake everything but cant seem to get it. any pointers would be great

Re: 1st gear help please

get the front as high as you can right from clutching it up. scrape 12 a couple times, you'll figure it out.

Re: 1st gear help please

Slowin 1st gear down is different than trying to catch idle. Which are you trying to do?? I'm assuming you're trying to slow down to idle??
