flipping clip-ons front to back?

Anyone flip their clip-ons from front to the back, and NOT from side to side?

So the clip-ons hang out from the back side of the forks, closer to you, instead of the front by the fairing stay???

After looking at my own pics, I can see how scrunched I am in my fairing stay.. I had to cut my f4i's front end down easily 3-4.5" at LEAST.... And my clutch finger sill rams into my fairing stay at full right turn lock

Picture of how jammed I am in the controls... My controls are just slightly cocked to the right and you can see how close my hand is to the front end... And my **** is cut WAY the **** down!

I've considered doing this just because I'm short and it would make me less stretched out when I'm riding

Re: flipping clip-ons front to back?

if u put em on backwards i would think u would run into issues with the clip ons hitting the tank and would prob in general feel awkward. get rid of those pro teks and grab a set of those new SI sidemount clip ons maybe..

I hate to say it man, but if youre willing to sacrifice performance (and possibly comfort) for looks, then stunting might not be the right thing for you.

I'd rather be out killing circles, and cutting myself off a few tricks, then riding a COMPLETELY clapped out bike with no fairings

I hate street fighter bikes unless they are done up to look 'custom' street fighter

I love seeing a full fairing bike, and I love murdering the streets full fairing, even if my **** is clapped out full fairing, from 50 foot away it looks like a minty bike ripping down the freeway

**** soon as I can afford it I wanna get a new tail, new front fairing, and fiberglass my side fairings back, and have this thing minty again
last time I painted the entire bike and got it looking nice, i let my friend wreck it 2 weeks later and he managed to put rash on EVERY Single piece of plastic lol

haha that's a passenger peg on it, it always folded up. temporary fix so I could keep riding the streets

plus I've NEVER comboed to that peg, the only time that peg gets used is for sit down wheelies, or cruising the streets
