pros/ cons of turning my 06 gsxr1000 into a stunt bike

I know one plus is that it will be more street ridable, my buddy has a 600 and his 1st gear tops out at like 15mph, and his gearing is just a little more aggresive then mine, but my 1st gear still goes up to 60-70mph because of my power ban

but......... my bike is pretty and I dont want to f**k it up with some tacky ****, is there a 12 o clock bar that I can install without ripping apart my tail, I thought I saw someone with a bar that ran inbetween the turn signals and the tail without having to take out signals or brake light, didnt really look like it took any cutting. Im going with impatek for my cage and rear sub cage, but I just want to get a good 12 bar that I can still have lights with for street riding

A. If you want to keep your bike "pretty" leave it on the kickstand, cause stunting isn't for you
B. It's 1000, meaning it's not the bike you want to learn on
C. It's a GSXR, meaning it's DEFINITELY not the bike you want to learn on.

Amen.
Gsxrs are not a learning bike to stunt with, nor is a 1k. And if u want to keep it pretty... keep it pretty n buy another bike for a stunt bike.

Re: pros/ cons of turning my 06 gsxr1000 into a stunt bike

Well, im not begining, I just dont have protection for my bike I can do pretty slow stand ups, sustain speed with foot brake, pretty descent stoppies I dont do circles or anything, but I dont have an actual stunt bike my buddies 600 ive put up on its tail and felt the weight tipping a little side to side and its pretty light, my bike doesnt seem too much heavier. I feel like I could start to parking lot stunt my 1000, im sure it would be harder to learn but not impossible I mainly just want to get my bike protected, and have room to learn more if I can. Any info is much appreciated

Thanks

run a impaktech roundbar and retain tyour OEM signals then run a LED strip light mounted off the flat crossbar on your roundbar

Re: pros/ cons of turning my 06 gsxr1000 into a stunt bike

oh it can be pretty, but not if you're learning (at least in my experience lol). I thought you were completely new to it, but even so, you're going to eat it a lot more while you're learning, so wanting to stay minty fresh will be a challenge. A lot of guys stunt bikes that look like they could kill a showroom floor (rowdy's F4i is sah-weet for example), but they've been in the game long enough to know how to keep to balling their **** up every time they ride. Just fyi, I really wasn't trying to sound like I was hating, just throwing some things out there

EDIT: I agree with Loogie.

I just almost died on My K6 Gix 6, now I'm riding a K6 Gix 1k. The 6 is the lot bike by far. Keep the 1k for the street
