choice of sub cages
Re: choice of sub cages
i think si offers fixed or folding pegs but the omr subcage for the 08 rr relocates the peg position down back and out for a roomier feel and has the most tire clearance ,that and the omr is less expensive $175 shipped and at the moment i have them ready to ship so no waitng

the esd pegs are great but a little pricey and in my opinion the stock pegs work awesome when they are mounted to my subcage because it doesnt flex ..
also i rotate the peg brackets forward on it's axis so you are standing on the grippy part of the peg and as a bonus this keeps the peg from folding up on you while youre standing on it

Re: choice of sub cages
I recently picked up and installed a fixed peg SI on my f4i. I like it well enough, but have yet to fall and impale myself on it. a buddy has the OMR on his R6, and it is a sick cage no doubt. might have to get one when I start hacking on the 636.
