first of all im not dissing HAI nor am i mad. but hey its been a whole month since i order'd my part and i still aint got it.

does anyone know how to contact mark. I need a trackin munber or something,and i dont want a refund(i simply just want the part)

i know somethings they sell arent in their stock and they have to order it from the mamufactoring of that product,so i do understand that but....

Go to the site and email him from there he will get with you in a day or 2 and it also shows your order on there.

 

thats the same reason i didnt order from them they take ages to ship stuff.....

I got my order today and I´m super happy with it, also took a while but only because something wasn´t available from the distributor and is on backorder, and I can tell you that he realy tried to get it for me from several sources.

Maybe something similar happened to you, just contact him.
