sit down circle help? with video (small)

ok so I have been trying more and more with sit down circles but damn I just cant get past half way.... Any help with what i'm doing? Yes it is very short and kinda shitty to but it's all i have for now,,, I do know to practice, practice practice.. but any help does help!
