Converting a stock ZX6R '99 into a stunt bike?
I'm thinking of converting my stock Kawasaki ZX6R '99 into a stunt bike but I'm not sure if it would be worth it or not?
Would I be better either building on my current bike or buying another bike which is more ideal for the job, perhaps an ex stunt bike or another make and model?
Ideally I'd like to build on my current bike because I love it so much though!
Any suggestions would be great :-D

fuel injection is soooooooooooooooooo much better than carburetors but you can stunt it ..
i learned on a 98zx6 and when i got the 636 [b1h i think you call them] i could not believe the difference

So a stock ZX6R '99 can be stunted...? and by stunted I mean have all the basics applied to it in order to be able to perform most basic stunts successfully? Ideally the 636 would be a great choice like ya say but I'm not selling my bike for it just yet lol
Re: Converting a stock ZX6R '99 into a stunt bike?
If your just starting and don't mind giving your 99 the beating it will recieve, then go for it. I myself had my 07 got interested in stunting got a 99 learned how to wheelie, go slow ride BP scrape and started trying to circle. Then I stunted the 07. The parts are avliable cages, sprockets etc. Carbs will work then when you upgrade it wil be so nice being on a F.I. bike and it will last you longer have some skill by then.

Thanks cjoec01, I'll look into upgrading my current bike as soon as. I'm not that bothered about giving it a beating (once I get a crash cage on it) as I need to learn on something. Once I get better I'll upgrade to an FI.
