Had to take the stock taillight out to install the SI round bar, and I'm just curious as to what different setups people are using for a taillight on these bikes, looking for some good ideas....

 

We have used the red Led oblong lights the have on he side of big trucks they are 3 way and super bright but still kinda small, you can get any light you want here they have led bar's as well

Use L.E.D strips bro... One for ur taillight, One for ur Brakelight. Try make them 4-6 inches long

 

yeah the strips on that site are only 20bux

 

Yea the led strips were the route I was thinkin I would have to go, I could probably get similiar strips to the ones on the truck site at autozone or one of the other parts stores around here...appreciate the advice fellas

 

I put one of these on my friends bike and it worked great. It's a whole fender eliminator kit for the 07 zx6r but you can put it on anything.

get an 07/08 taillight mount it off the exhaust bracket


. and i hope you get an aftermarket subframe for that cuz its gonna snap quick with a bar on it

dude its ****** scary looking, im pretty much not planning on scraping, and saving some money for the si subframe after I saw what it looked like, god damn!

 

yep thats another reason why i kept the stock exhaust on my 636's cuz they soften the blow if you hit. my 06 i actually never broke and i used to scrape the **** out of that exhaust but my 05 broke twice and i was alot more careful with it.
