SI cage install ?

Going to get an SI cage for my 04 600RR and was wondering if I am going to have to modify the plastics in any way (already has sliders)? Tried numerous searches but havent found anything regarding this specifically. Thanks

Re: SI cage install ?

Im not sure about the 600RR but I just picked one of their cages up for my R6 and didn't have to cut any plastics. Pretty nice if you ask me.

The other way to think about it though , is if you're putting a cage on you probably count on fuggin' up some plastics anyway. Its not going to be a save all for them...

when i had my '06 i had to cut a notch out of the lower for the cross bar. my '03 had a 905 cage and i had to cut holes in the lowers. you can kinda see the notch in these pics
