636 help

So i just picked up a 03 636 that im going to stunt. this may be a stupid question but it has a power comander 3 on it and im wondering how this will affect with stunting if so i do i set it back to normal before i remove or do i just remove it and everything goes back to stock??? 2nd can anyone give me the links for the kleen air mod thread and the idle thread... also anything else i should kno before my build let me kno all iv ever had is hondas. thanks

ok so i just fired her up and shes got a pretty good valve tap noise... the motor feels strong besides that. does anyone kno if this can be solved by adjusting the valves...

I got an 07 and the valves are noisey,tick/tap. i read on here that it's normal for the Kawasakis.

drill a hole and stick a cotter pin or something in it. i just headed up a small diamter nail and pushed it through then used a bobby pin.

if you open up the switchblock then cut and join the two wires connected to the kill switch button this will complete the circuit and disable the switch

It will probably get quieter as it warms up. Mine did anyway. What kinda mileage you think shes got. I would probably at least check the valve adjustment.
