What are you using for Knee Protection?

I have had 2 knee injury's in about 2 weeks and a guy I ride with just broke his knee Saturday. I had some Thor force knee guards but they came up missing and they slid around a lot and were uncomfortable so I didn't where them all of the time. How are the Icon pants with the built in knee pads? Edit: I think the Thor force knee guards sizing chart is messed up maybe if I would have went with a sm/med they would have been better? I am 5'8...

Any way what would you recommend?

I am sick of this.>>> Name: untitled.jpg

jeeeeezuz that looks bad , go to a shop that sells motocross gear and try on some there , the motocross ones are usually light and fit well
