Chain adjustment??

I was wondering if the stock chain slack (0.8"-1.2" inches) on my gsxr can be used with aftermarket sprockets or does the chain slack change with bigger sprockets..

My 750 stock sprockets are 17/45
and I am running 17/62 with a #525 EK chain

So do i run stock chain slack requirements or does it need to run a little tighter or looser then stock?

Anyone with some info to help me out??? Thanks
