Hey guys, just wondering where you guys mounted your speedometer after installing a stunt headlight. I would ditch it completely, but I kind of want to keep.
Anyways, if you have any advices and/or pictures, that would help a lot.

There's really no need to keep it on there .... I took mine off and carried it in a back pack or before I left the house I plugged the speedo in real quick to check my temp. My lights an gas light engine light and all that junk ... Then. I pulled it out to ride ....or your other option is leave you upper stay bracket on the bike and attach your speedo to it ..

 

I was thinking about using the stay, but it's really ugly and leaves me with no room for my stunt headlight. I really don't want to modify it cause that would involve welding, so I was just wondering how some of you overcame this issue. Thanks though.

i just stick it behind that lil fairing the headlight comes with.....stay's there between that and the ignition propped up with my hb line

some guys mount it to their cage...

go through some vids and pics pages and pay attention to the bikes and parts rather than tricks.

 

Cool. I would have mounted it in between the headlight fairing and the tripple, but I don't have THAT much space... I'll just zip tie it somewhere. ahhh.

 

who had theirs mounted in the side of their frame? was it teach's old F4i?

Mine too.....too bad the only thing that works on it is my high beam indicator light Guess I need to look into fixing that, cause I'd like to have a temp gauge

I'm thinking about relocating my ignition so I can tuck my gauges closer to the number plate on my acerbis

 

I was actually going to suggest a motard/enduro speedo, but I think alot of guys want the stock ones incase they might throw a code or somin.


That helmet reminds me of the Aprilia lion logo.... and what kind of bike is that? I can't tell from the pic....
