handbrake question

hey, i hav a 03' zx6rr, and i have no experience setting up a hb at all but my bike use to be a roadracer, the guy has an uprated master/lever for the front brake (its a brembo but i dont know what size) but i hav the original one to..

my question is could i take the original cyl/lever flip it upside down and stick it on the other clipon, hook up the brake line an just use an adapter for the rear cyl or should i refit the original back take the brembo and use it for the handbrake ???

Re: handbrake question

would need to know the size but i would try the brembo for the hand brake cause the stock front brake sucks for a handbrake

I think just about any brembo works good. alot of people in az run the 19x20 for a HB

Re: handbrake question

can some one teach me how to setup a hb?
i had a left mc,hook up a line then connect it to the rear mc rite? should i connect it to the rear banjo, and then blank off the rear reservoir?

lastly, how to bleed it? does it have a specific step that i must follow?

thanks guys
