636 question
636 question
anyone ever have there 636 die out or shutoff right before clutching up from a low speed, or when you put it down from a slow wheelie..it only happens everyonce in awhile and its pissing me off..today right as it came up it did and i went straight down and almost flipped over the bars..? and help would be great also do these bike s have tip over sensors?
Re: 636 question
im in the same boat mines ******* up just like that i found a short in my tip over sensor and fixed that but i havent been able to test to see if that was the problem. has your tip sensor been messed with check that
Re: 636 question
willll do bro i'll take a look tommorow im pretty good with bikes except when it comes to all that electrical bullshit..its frustrating cause iwant the bike to do the same thing everytime and not have to worry about mousetrapping from onhigh up or worse
Re: 636 question
i wouldnt worry about it. you can fill thesensor with silicone or jb weld the float inside but most people agree the 636 doesnt really need it done. some guy tried to bypass mine by rewiring it and i have had nothing but trouble out of it ever since wish i could go back to stock.
