f4i light kill switch

Hey i'm looking to wire up a cut off switch to kill the headlight and taillight on my f4i. I went to the elecrical store and got a switch that will break the circuit. My question is where is the wire that connects both the headlight and taillight if one exists or where would be the best place to cut the wires and splice this switch in. Thanks

Re: f4i light kill switch

My current headlight set up is the acerbis diamond spliced into the stock headlight wires.

For the headlight, you just wire it onto the high beam, and dont use the low beam. That way your hi/low switch will act as an on/off switch.

For the tail light, cut into the ground wire and put a switch on it.
If you're good with electrical ****, you could use a relay, triggered by the hi beam switch.
