I've been searching for a thread on converting clip on bars to dirt bars but didn't see anything so sorry if this question is already asked. I just picked up an 05' SV1000S that I want to convert to a dirt-bar setup. What is the best way to do this???

 

The reg. Sv650 has dirt bars just make sure the top triple clamp is the same.

 

there is a naked version of the sv1000, but maybe it's just in europe, but get that naked version top triple and your set.

 

thanks, I forgot they used to make the SV1000 naked in the US in 03. I'll give that a try
