Re: Stunting alone....
I hear you bro. Sometimes people ride past their abilities and get hurt like that. Like I said my one bud almost died. Soon after everyone that had a bike I used to ride with sold theres, so I was the only one left. The only one that actually knew how to do **** on a bike where everyone else was the guy that was like "watch this" and fall. I tried to get them all back on a bike but there like no way there too dangerous. I'm sorry getting out of bed or the shower can get you hurt too. Man up *****'s.

ya exactly if you take no risks in life then how is it life? in the end you die anyways why not have some fun.. but i guess some people aren't willing to accept the fact that there are risks in everything fun in life lol
Re: Stunting alone....
Just this last winter when my brother came up to visit, we went to pick him up at the airport. As we were leaving to come home, he got a phone call from a friend telling him that a buddy of his just got killed on a bike...
Luckily it didn't really affect him emotionally during his visit. It didn't set in quite yet.

I hear you. When he fell I didn't know what to do. I saw my friend in the hospital all busted up. But I knew that wasn't a reason to stop. I've even seen people die in front of me. Now that fucked me up for a while. Seen a kid back in the day set down a wheelie cocked went right into a guard rail cut his leg and his arm off instanly. This kid died in my arms. Another kid I guess he was 18 just purchased a bike. Didn't know this kid. Was behind him. For some reason he wanted to go like 90 on 30 mph street lost control taking a turn hit a train bounced off of that and him and his bike slammed into a motel. He was killed instantly.

Re: Stunting alone....
i've seen quite a few people go down but when its one of your own its worse cause your just not sure how to take it you know? when i watched my buddy loop out i was kinda just wondering if that **** really happened.. now he's got 2 fractured knees from impact and a mangled hand with major roadrash all up his side
Re: Stunting alone....
I just look at all these things as something to learn from. Know the rules of the game. I had half off my tricept cut out last year when I fell going 55 and I still think my head is messed up. One way to tell is here when I type I have a hard time doing simple things like typing now or saying words. Not to mention I really don't have feeling in my left arm from the elbow down cause they just cut muscle tissue.
Re: Stunting alone....
It def affected my riding after it happenedddd. But cereal like its hard to think now, like spelling or just trying to put something together. My helmet cracked in half. The last thing I really remember was just seeing asfalt through my visor for about 50 yards then I started doing Highschool log rolls the next couple of yards. The messed up part is the doc's where like how did you not break anything bone wise. I'm like Idk. MILK. Then before they worked on my arm this person walked in who I thought was the doctor so I asked you ready to cut me up? He's like no i'm the preist. So he said a pray for me that I would be fine. And when they did the x-rays nothing was wrong which still doesn't make sense after falling at 55.

But I've also seen someon go down less than 30 and get broken up pretty badly...its weird man, no wreck is the same. There are no guidelines to falling or wrecking. U never know the outcome. JMO...
Re: Stunting alone....
Thats me all the way...Doesn't matter who's around while I'm out trying things...When I rock a good sitdown or standup I'm always stoked and like WOOT WOOOOOOT!!!
