NOOB got some *parking lot* bike specific questions

I have a pitbike and a dude on here wants to trade me his 94 yamaha yz600r or something like that for it. I have been wanting to get rid of the thing and get a parking lot bike at the same time but idk if itll be worth all the work. Its got 20k on it, no ferrings, the headlight is busted off, and it needs an accel. cable and probably some more little ****. Is this a good bike to start off with? will it be worth throwin bout 500 bunks into to get ready? Absolutely any help will be appreciated, this dudes name is spikedwolf FYI.

All things considered.. a 50cc pitbike is worth about 700-1000 bucks depending on year/make/model... so if you can find another street bike for that price go for it... a 94 FZR will have about 70hp to it and wont like to stunt for **** :D

i owned a fzr600r..the only way i could get the front wheel off the ground was popping it in first...to get it up decently high anyway... the bike is not good for stunting...at all...
