New bike, handicapped

just got a 2002 R6 and when I got it my dad asked the original owner if there was anything he could do to help prevent wheelies. He said yea, he grabed a tool and went in the bike and did something. I don't know what he did. He could loosened the suspension, does that sound right?

Anyways, this is what the tool looked like...

I just want to reverse whatever this cat did, just so I can wheelie to my full potential.

Thanks guys.

could have softened the rear? but stiff or soft it'll still wheelie.. cover your rear brake and don't ride past your skill level
