i have an 03 954 with -1, +10 gearing and was wondering how hard is to circle wheelie this bike. because most ppl seem to have 600 for doing circles just wondering how much harder it is to do on a liter bike.

 

the idle is stronger, thats a plus. when you gas it, it flicks around way harder, thats minus. i think its pretty doable, i circle my bro's rr from time to time!

 

If you have nice FF, make it SF while learning this trick

A bit more twitchy than a 600 but ok. Rode a friends 929 a few days ago, completly stock. Circles was no problem. And if you gear it will be great.

 

I Wouldnt Waste Your Time. There Will Be A Point In Your Progress Where It Almost Has To Be A 600. Ive Got Multiple Circle Styles On The 929 But After 4yrs Im Switching To A 600.

I had a stock 954 last year. Been on a bike a total of about 6 months, two of those on the 954. It did a half circle pretty easy, then I crashed and broke the stator cover and case. I didnt have a cage and was just learning slow stuff. LOL. Dumb mistake, I love 954's but now im looking for an f4i or a 636.
