I have a beater seat that's rashed all to hell, so I'm not worried about it looking ragged. I'm not about to spend $50 to get it reupholstered cause I have another minty one for pimpin ho's and worrying about looks like a squid. I'm gonna start with 4"h x 6"w, then I can always go bigger if I wan't... I'll let you know how it goes.

i can put up to the ball of my foot in it.....you don't need to stick you leg in it...kinda think of it as a peg...the peg doesn't come in contact with your whole foot....just enough to support you...does that make sense?....if someone could find it....i saw an awesome thread on how they cut a whole in the seat set by step....i can't find it, but i didn't look to hard sorry

I'm not saying cutting a seat in general is ragged... I was mainly referring to one of the pictures posted on the first page. Chill out.

I think there's a way to do just about anything to where it's functional and still has form. It's not about being flashy, but that doesn't mean you have to be ratty. A big part of stunting is putting on a show, right? Looking good? Yes.

i just have re-upholstered it yet...it would take all of 10 minutes to do....i did it cause i hate putting my foot in the bar...it always seemed far away for me...using the seat made it feel more comfortable

Perfectly understandable. I wasn't trying to offend anyone, but everyone seems moderately defensive about it. I wasn't trying to insult.

I would imagine it would be more comfortable with the foot there instead of the bar... No argument there. I've never used a hole in the seat though, so I guess that's something I need to try.

I think it'll look hot when it's reupholstered.

didn't take it as an insult...i agree it doesn't look good right now...another reason why i did it is because i didn't like the flat bar it tore up my shins a few times....and my foot doesn't fit in the round bar....they way it's shaped i can't get to the bottem of it....i say if you have a spare seat or find someone cheap try it out you might like it...
