still learning

When I'm at balance point my exhaust is about 2-4" from dragging is this normal? I ride staggered (and cover my rear brake) i get wobbly going probably 40mph (at 18psi) well any speed I wobble and I tend to veer to the left. Is it my stance thats messing with me? I tried shifting to different sides and shifting my weight to different legs the only stance that feels like I'm half way in control is when I lean way back (like i'm arched) way off the back)

any tips/advice?

I stunt a SF 98cbr F3

Re: still learning

try standing up straighter, by doing this you will have to bring the front end up higher and closer to balance point. Shift your body weight in the direction that you want to go and you should be able to steer em, especially goin 40 mph

Re: still learning

when you get smoother on the throttle, the wobbles will go away and it will be much easier to steer...
just keep practicing.

Re: still learning

Make sure you are standing all the way up. I used to keep my legs bent and it would cause me to veer to the right and I would lean to correct it and just make it worse. But when I made it a point to lock my legs straight out, I had much better control and didn't veer.

Also, are you sure that your pipe is that close to dragging? If so, that is pretty impressive.

Re: still learning

That chop job looks good.

On the stand ups try standing straight and lean back as far as you feel comfortable with. Otherwise, practice makes perfect!
