I'd like a rear hb, contact?

Re: I'd like a rear hb, contact?
I got the fti hb adapter kit for 99 and am ebaying a gixxer m/c. Thanks T-ice, I pm'd you again. 'preciate it.
fwiw, I have a bad right ankle and want to learn more with a hb. Just because most of you learned with the fb first doesn't mean that all rookies have to. The og's just paved the way before the hb was around, that's all. Now that it's here, why rely solely on the fb to start out with?
Thanks again for the help, fellas.

u have ankle problems? no, everyone just thinks that they will learn faster with a hb than a footbrake.. that's bullshit.. learn how your bike is

Fullthrottle inc now makes the 100.00 dollar kit. It is a foolproof adapter system. That is the route that I would go if I where in your position.

Im with you, its nice to mount a h/b and play around with it every now and again while your still learning foot. Then when you master the footbrake your already somewhat familier with the h/b, not like learning from scratch. It helps your progress smoother but it doesnt help you progress any faster... thats my yours may be different.

Re: I'd like a rear hb, contact?
Well by summer, I'mma have a handbrake and be rocking seat standers... slow ones too, that's my goal =] Can you imagine if I was rocking high chairs? I think I can do it if I just keep practicing every night like I am. Damn that would be killer...

Im proud of you, just show the bike a little more respect. Its like mother nature....you cant control it but if you respect it its less likely to bite you in the rear.

Ok, so, say I buy the fullthrottle kit from hai. I then get a gix front brake lever and master cylinder from ebay. What will it take to mount it all? As I understand it, it seems just a "bolt on" kinda kit. Can someone detail it for me because I plan to do it asap, to be ready before the nice weather comes.

Edit -
$100 fti kit from hai
$100 this - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/U-200...spagenameZWD1V
And what else? (a gixxer lever? or other)
Thanks for ya'll's help thus far.
