suspension

Ok so im slipping the cliizzzzutch all the way round now in my circles i think i got em...

but after i rode my team mates bike i realised how hard MY rear shock was....

Whats the best setting? for launches when wet (its wet in uk most of the time) and best setting for O's and high chair scrapes??

Should i stay hard or go soft with my shock????
