rain wont work too good when learning. you will lowside allday.....
it can be done, but when learning it might produce more failures than successes.

i can do the 180s (really like about 150s) pretty consistent now. at my spot everytime i turn around i try one. i come out...drift .. slow down...rip it up then do whatever im working on...touch wheelie down....lean in...drift..rinse and repeat!

it feels relaly good when it swings around real fast and perfect. feels like the good ole days when id hit berms on the MX track!

Re: Drifting

I'm working on them for quite a while now... It's true that it's almost impossible with a to soft rear tire... make sure there is enough pressure in there (I don't know in psi, but I run 1,3 bar...)

And I always do it in the rain, just to last a bit longer with my rear tire

Here's a clip where you can see me drifting: http://www.dsf-awards.nl/gallery/alb...s/23-06-10.wmv

And Teach, it's true what you said about going wide... It's sooooo much fun, just keep the gas far enough open...
