Re: clutch levers ??

I ran stock cut and bent until I got the HB setup. Then I had to change. I have ran an ASV shorty.. undestructable lever, works with HB, gives hella arm pump though. Should have my easy pull in today.. screw it I can cut it as short as I want.. less arm pump and still works with HB.

I have an ASV on my street bike and a moose ez pull lever on my lot bike. I like the shape/feel of the asv better, but the ez pull is just so.. easy to pull, you'll probably like it better

if you stick with teh asv, do the clutch actuator arm mod. adding 9mm makes it pull just like the moose

Re: clutch levers ??

i have a moose easy pull and i love the thing you can one finger it all day without arm pump .. they are notched to bust and they have a teflon bushing that alows the perch to spin when it takes a hit but that only works if you dont over tighten it .. i havent broke mine yet

damn thought i invented that i just cut the clutch release lever and added about a half inch and welded the end back on makes for a very easy pull

its not a product, and you need a welder to do it

You can't do it on the 04 GSXR... doesn't have an arm sticking out of the case like most normal bikes, Dam* suziki... The cabe goes into the front sprocket cover and has a detent rod that pushes in.. bunch of B.S. Even hard to get the clutch cable to route correctly and free of kinks with DB bars...
I'm selling this p.o.s. and buying a honda:YEAH

Moose and Msr raptor work good for awhile until they snap your clutch cable(on a 636 anyway).

Re: clutch levers ??

thanks for the feedback guys.. i just got a new MSR clutch lever off ebay for $35 to my door. went out sat to put it on, and it won't fit the way i want it to on my stock bars with my hb setup. so i guess i'm just go ahead and order some vortex clips-ons. will i have alot more room and ways to mount my clutch and master once i get some aftermarket bars???
