rear suspension setup for circles?

rear suspension setup for circles?
i am stuck a 3-4 circles for the past couple weeks and was wondering what people are running for rear suspension setups. right now the f4i is setup pretty tight in the rear but i am also 6'3" 210. any suggestions?

i ride 636's and never touch the rear suspension.
I've heard that some F4i guys tighten their shocks up
Hoestly if you can get 3-4 circles, then you have the technique/idea, just keep working on them and they'll get easier.
