Need Help With stoppies

Hi everyone i have been lurking around this forum for a while now and have picked up good advice i am a newbie and want to learn basic stunts.i am good with my wheelies now and have no problem powering or clutching it up.My problem is i am unable to do stoppies.Whenever i try to do a stoppie all the bike do is come to a quick stop.I try to load the front by getting of the throttle and put a little pressure and then brake while lifting my butt up.What am i doing wrong am i not braking hard enough ?
Anyone expereinced this while they were trying to learn stoppies.

yeah, just hit the brake a little harder as you're trying. I'm no pro but the way I do it is "POP, let off a little" on the brake. the pop is enough to get the back up at the same time I bump off the seat a little.

it took me a while. just keep braking harder untill you feel it come up. at first any thing other than on the ground feels like your gonna flip. youll get it. just practice they are easy after a while
